My weekly artistic expressions. Feel free to leave a comment or two.
Mmmmm, yes, lots of coffee on those long nights! Very nice illos on this topic and I like your self-portrait too! You have nice composition and detail, but if I have one critique it is to work on creating depth. How funny that I used to be a HS bio teacher too! Thank you for your nice comments! Keep Drawing!!!:)
It's cute! I love all your attention to detail. If you want some advice, I would suggest you attend some workshops. Check out community colleges and your local parks and rec for classes and drawing sessions. I take life-drawing workshops and watercolor classes still. The energy I get from other artists is invigorating and you can never learn too much. You can work from how-to books but it helps to be around others that also want to learn. I also pick up my favorite artist's books and copy their drawings and style. It's a fun and effective way to help develop your own style. You have a lot of talent and even more enthusiasm! Your concepts are clever and well executed. I've no doubt you'll succeed in your goals. :)
awesome! Great detail on the piece! Very cool!
I admire teachers. They must have a real passion for their jobs especially when you consider that they have to put in as much time and effort as say engineers to get their degrees, but don't make as much money. Cheers to you and your artwork! Keep up the good work.ps. cute illo! You should do some of your kids at school. I bet you have some stories to tell :]
lots of talent here. love the total illustration.
